Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. cover the bottom of the baking dish in olive oil.
Combine one 10 oz container of ithaca lemon garlic hummus, whole grape tomatoes, halved garlic cloves and Italian seasoning and bake for thirty minutes. While the dish is in the oven, cook your pasta.
Remove from oven, press tomatoes with a fork and mix while hot. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil and stir.
Fold in cooked pasta, top with more fresh basil and enjoy!

Swap regular pasta for a chickpea pasta for a gluten and dairy free dish!
