4 | TOPS Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1 3/4 pounds) | ||

salt and pepper to taste | |||

2 | teaspoons | Ranch seasoning (from Ranch dressing seasoning packet) | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | cups | (6 ounces) TOPS Shredded Cheddar cheese | |
|
|||
garnish with fresh basil leaves | |||
|
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Flip bacon once and cook until crispy, approximately 8 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat from the skillet.
Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Return skillet to medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and just cooked through, approximately 6 minutes per side.
Reduce heat to medium and top chicken with ranch seasoning. Add cheddar, cover the skillet and cook, until cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 5 minutes.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon over top and add fresh basil leaves.
