1. Add lettuce, black beans to the corn tortilla.
2. Prepare Gortons Fish Sticks according to package directions.
3. Add 2 fish sticks on top of the lettuce and beans.
4. Top with crumbled queso fresco and red onion.
5. Drizzle with avocado cream.
