2 | Hatfield Ham Steaks, cut in half or Slice leftover Ham or Uncured Ham | ||

1 | jar | fig jam (or try out your favorite jam!) | |

8 | slices | cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese | |

4 | multigrain bread or 4 brioche rolls, sliced | ||
|
Place a medium skillet on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Place ham steak halves in the pan and heat for 3 minutes on each side or heat leftover ham for 4-6 minutes until heat through. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place sliced multigrain bread or brioche roll on a cutting board, spread fig jam on the bottom, next place ham, then cheese, add additional jam to the top of the roll and place in the oven for 8 minutes until cheese melts. Serve open faced or as a hand-held sandwich with your favorite side.
