12 | small cherry tomatoes, sliced in half | ||

Basil Vinaigrette (recipe to follow) | |||
|
|||
Basil Vinaigrette: | |||
1/3 | cup | olive oil | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | white balsamic vinegar | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
|
|||
1 | scallion, finely minced | ||
|
|||
6 | basil leaves, finely shredded | ||
|
|||
sea salt and black pepper, to taste | |||
|
Skewer from bottom to top: tomato, mini mozzarella ball, pepperoni; repeat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Combine basil vinaigrette ingredients; mix well.
Remove skewers from refrigerator and top each with desired amount of vinaigrette and serve.
