Baltimore Crab Cake Slider ingredients: | |||

1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |

2 | cups | lettuce | |

Crab Cake ingredients: | |||
1 | pound | crabmeat | |
|
|||
1 | red bell pepper, seeded and diced | ||
|
|||
5 | scallions, thinly sliced | ||
|
|||
2 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1 | lemon, juiced | ||
|
|||
1/2 | cup | breadcrumbs | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1 | egg | ||
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | dry ground mustard | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | onion powder | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |
|
STEP 1: In a large bowl, combine all the crab cake ingredients. Mix ingredients until well combined. Shape the meat mixture into small slider patties and set aside.
STEP 2: Drizzle about 1 1/2 Tbsp. of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, carefully place crab cakes, in batches, in the pan and fry until browned (about 4-5 minutes per side). Carefully flip the crab cakes and fry the other side until golden brown, another 4-5 minutes.
STEP 3: Place slider patties on rolls. Top with mayo and lettuce and serve.
