6 | links | Kielbasa | |

4 | tablespoons | softened butter | |

1 | bottle | BBQ sauce (your favorite recipe) | |

Coleslaw ingredients: | |||
1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
3 | tablespoons | cider vinegar | |
|
|||
3 | tablespoons | sugar | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | celery seed | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoons | salt | |
|
|||
1 | package | coleslaw mix | |
|
STEP 1: Bake French fries according to package.
STEP 2: Mix together mayo, cider vinegar, sugar, black pepper, celery seed, and salt. Toss with coleslaw mix.
STEP 3: Grill Kielbasa till done. Cut into thirds then butterfly.
STEP 4: Spread butter on the inside of the tops and bottoms of the buns. Toast on a griddle till lightly golden brown.
STEP 5: Add 1 Tbsp. of BBQ sauce on the bottom bun, Place butterflied piece of kielbasa flat side down, top with 4 to 5 French fries across kielbasa, add 1/8 cup of coleslaw, top with BBQ sauce and top bun.
