Blueberry Bourbon Barbecue Sauce:
1 | cup | bourbon | |

2 | jars | blueberry preserves
|
|||
2 | bottles | TOPS Barbecue Sauce

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Season both sides of baby back ribs with Cajun seasoning.
When fully seasoned, put water and vinegar in a pan along with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cloves and onions.
Cover with plastic wrap, then aluminum foil. Braise for 2 hours depending on size.
When done, carefully remove aluminum foil and check for tenderness, the meat should be falling off the bone.
Place on a sheet tray and allow to cool, then put in the cooler so it gets hardened. Don't skip this step or the meat will fall apart. After removing the ribs from the cooler, grill it right away.
To make bourbon blueberry barbecue sauce:
Carefully put bourbon in a sauce pot and allow the bourbon to burn off before adding your blueberry preserves, followed by Tops barbecue sauce.
Makes to marry flavors... thank me later.
Let's grill the ribs!
Brush ribs with your barbecue sauce then place meat side down on the grill. Be sure to get a nice char before flipping it. Continue that process until the meat is charred to your liking.
Enjoy my friends!
