1 1/2 to 2 | cups | light brown sugar | |

3 | tablespoons | cinnamon | |

1/2 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |

1/2 | teaspoon | maple flavored extract | |

1/2 | teaspoon | rum extract | |

2 | sticks | (1 cup) salted butter, melted | |

2 - 5 | shots | bourbon | |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Boil whole potatoes for 45 mins or until potatoes are fork tender.
Drain and peel the potatoes.
Add potatoes back to the pan and smash.
To the smashed potatoes add, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple extract, rum extract, melted butter and bourbon and stir all ingredients together.
Add potatoes to oven proof baking dish, sprinkle with apple pie spice and cover with aluminum foil.
Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle with cinnamon.
