2.8 | ounces | fully cooked bacon pieces | |
|
|||
4 | ounces | crumbled cheeses (Blue, Gorgonzola or Feta) | |
|
|||
8 | ounces | shredded cheeses (Cheddar, Colby-Jack or Pepper Jack) | |
|
|||
2 | cups | shredded lettuce | |
|
|||
1 | cup | chopped tomato | |
|
|||
Garlic Herb Seasoned Chicken: | |||
1 | each | Rotisserie chicken, shredded | |
|

2 | teaspoons | Herbs de Provence blend | |

1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |

1/4 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |

DIPPING SAUCES - | |||
Smoked Chipotle Gravy: | |||
1 | each | Brown Gravy powder mix | |

Harissa Spiked Marinara: | |||
1 | cup | marinara sauce, jarred | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | Harissa paste | |

Gorgonzola Cream Sauce: | |||
1 | cup | heavy cream | |
|

1 1/2 | tablespoons | gorgonzola, crumbled | |

4 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |

Creamy Basil Pesto: | |||
1/2 | cup | basil pesto | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|

Sriracha Ranch: | |||
1 | cup | Ranch dressing | |
|

2 | tablespoons | Sriracha | |
|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Bake crinkle cut fries and Smiles according to package instructions. Then raise oven temperature to 450 degrees F.
Bake Thin Cut and 5 Minute Fries according to package instructions.
To make Seasoned Chicken:
Combine shredded chicken with herbs and seasonings in a microwave-safe bowl and toss to combine.

To make Garlic Herb Seasoned Chicken:
Combine shredded chicken with herbs and seasonings in a microwave-safe bowl and toss to combine.
To make Smoked Chipotle Gravy:
In small sauce pan, prepare gravy according to package instructions. Add chipotle powder; stir to combine and serve warm.
To make Harissa Spiked Marinara:
In small sauce pan, combine marinara and harissa paste; stir until combine. Heat and serve warm.
To make Gorgonzola Cream Sauce:
In small sauce pan, reduce cream over low heat for 30 mins. Add gorgonzola, lemon juice, and salt; stir until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
To make Creamy Basil Pesto:
In small mixing bowl, whisk to combine pesto and mayonnaise. Serve chilled.
To make Sriracha Ranch:
In small mixing bowl, whisk to combine ranch and Sriracha. Serve chilled.
Transfer bacon pieces to microwave-safe bowl.
Heat chicken and bacon in microwave until warm.
Set out all items buffet style in separate bowls and allow your guests to build their own loaded fries.
