Chilled Orange And Broccoli Salad
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
| 1/3 | cup | orange juice | |

| 3 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | teaspoons | fresh dill, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | onion salt | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | lb. | broccoli, drained, cooked, then chilled | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | oranges, peeled and sliced | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch squares | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine the orange juice, oil, mustard, dill and onion salt in a jar with a lid; shake well.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, orange slices and red pepper; pour dressing over mixture; toss lightly. Chill for 30 minutes, stir before serving.
