Maple Baked Beans
Yield: 8-10 servings
Ingredients
| 1 | medium onion, chopped | ||

| 1 to 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |

|
|||
| 3 | cans | (28 oz. each) baked beans | |
|
|
|||
| 1-1/2 | teaspoons | ground mustard | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic salt | |
|
|
|||
| 3/4 | cup | maple syrup | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a Dutch oven or large kettle, cook onion in oil until tender. Add the beans, mustard and garlic salt. Cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring occasionally. Add maple syrup; heat through, stirring occasionally.
