Biscuits: | |||
1 | can | (10.2 ounces) refrigerated biscuits or 5 frozen buttermilk biscuits | |

2 | Tablespoons | butter or margarine, melted | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | granulated sugar | |
|
|||
Strawberry Mixture: | |||
3 | cups | frozen strawberries (thawed) | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | granulated sugar | |
|
|||
Whipped cream topping | |||
|
Bake biscuits as directed on package.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix strawberries and 1/3 cup sugar; set aside.
When biscuits come out of oven, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Cool 5 minutes.
To serve, split biscuits, top with strawberry mixture and whipped cream topping.
