Cook turkey burgers as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer. Place patties on baking sheet. Top with sauce and cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
While burgers are cooking, in large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook onions 5 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally. Add peppers. Cook 5 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in olives.
Top bottom halves of buns with onion mixture. Add patties. Replace buns tops.
