1/2 | pound | fresh green beans, trimmed | |

1 | pound | radishes, thinly sliced | |
|
|||
1 | zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced | ||

|||
1/4 | cup | sesame seeds, toasted | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | rice vinegar | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | olive oil | |
|
|||
Salt to taste | |||
|
|||
Pepper to taste | |||
|
Blanch green beans:
Add green beans to a 3- quart saucepan of boiling water and cook for 30 seconds or just until beans turn bright green; drain and plunge into cold water to stop cooking; drain.
Toss beans, radishes, zucchini and sesame seeds with vinegar and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
