Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended.
Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined pan or 9x5- inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired.
Bake 1 hour or until cooked through.
Substitutions:
*Use 2 pounds ground turkey in place of the ground beef.
**Use 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread) in place of the dry bread crumbs.
Mini Meatloaves:
Use 1/2 cup ketchup in place of milk. Shape meat mixture into 8 loaves. Place in a 13x9- inch baking pan. Spoon additional ketchup over top. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through. Makes 8 servings.
Test Kitchen Tip:
To reduce sodium, prepare meatloaf with McCormick 30% Less Sodium Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix and no salt added ketchup or tomato sauce.
