1 | bay leaf | ||

2 | Tablespoons | fresh thyme leaves | |

|||
1/4 | cup | finely chopped Italian parsley | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | chili pepper flakes | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | olive oil | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | fresh lemon juice | |
|
|||
1 | pound | Tops 26/30 uncooked easy peel shrimp, peeled and deveined | |

6 | skewers, wood (soaked in water for 30 minutes) or metal | ||

Preheat grill to medium high.
Mix all marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat; let stand for 10 minutes.
Thread 4 shrimp onto each skewer, piercing once near the tail and once near the head (leaving no space between shrimp).
Cook shrimp on grill rack for 2 minutes. Turn skewers over and grill for another 2 minutes or until shrimp are opaque in color and no longer transparent.
Serve immediately.
