1/2 | pound | rotini pasta, cooked and cooled | |

1 | cup | creamy Italian salad dressing | |
|
|||
2 | boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed | ||
|
|||
2 | cups | broccoli florets | |
|
|||
2 | medium tomatoes, cut into wedges | ||
|
|||
3 | red chile peppers | ||
|
|||
1/2 | red onion, finely chopped | ||
|
|||
1 | ounce | grated Parmesan cheese | |
|
Add Italian dressing to pasta and toss lightly to mix.
Add remaining ingredients and gently toss to mix, adding more dressing if necessary.
Refrigerate overnight.
As a variation to the recipe add fresh mushrooms, green peppers and black olives.
