Assemble the push pop containers.
Divide frosting into three bowls and add a drop or two of food coloring to each bowl, mixing well to combine.
Spoon the colored frosting into three zip-type storage bags and set aside.
Place the pound cake onto a cutting board and cut in half horizontally.
Using a push pop container as your cutting tool, cut out 24 rounds of pound cake. (Each push pop will use two rounds of pound cake.)
Snip off 1/4- inch from one corner of each bag of frosting to pipe the frosting for decorating.
Squeeze a bit of frosting into the bottom of each push pop container.
Place a round of pound cake into each push pop, gently pressing onto the frosting.
Squeeze a different color of frosting onto the top of the pound cake in each container; repeat with pound cake and additional frosting.
Cut each PEEPS Bunny in half and press into the final layer of frosting. Garnish with sprinkles if desired.
