Dry Mexican Cheese (cotija, queso-fresco, manchego) | |||

Salsa or Pico de Gallo (tomato, onion, garlic, green bell pepper, cilantro, tomatillo) | |||

Ciabatta Roll, French Roll or Crusty Cheese Roll | |||

Spray cold grate of grill with grilling spray or nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill for medium heat. Grill burgers to desired doneness.
To assemble: on the bottom bun add sliced peppers, dry Mexican cheese, burger, pico de gallo and top bun.
