1 | pound | shrimp, cleaned and deveined | |

2 | ears | fresh corn, shucked | |

salt and pepper to taste | |||

red bell pepper, thinly sliced | |||

|||
yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced | |||

1/4 | cup | fresh basil, chopped | |

1 | pound | bowtie pasta, cooked | |

1 | cup | Ken's Simply Vinaigrette Caesar Dressing | |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheet with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Wash and pat shrimp dry and arrange on baking sheet in one layer. Sprinkle corn around the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp. of olive oil.
Roast shrimp and corn for 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp are opaque. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature. While shrimp and corn cool, thinly slice peppers.
Toss peppers, basil and pasta together. Add cooled shrimp and corn and drizzle with Ken's Simply Vinaigrette Caesar Dressing.
