2 | bags | (3 pounds each) small red potatoes, washed and scrubbed | |

2 | packages | (16 ounces each) hickory smoked sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces | |

8 | ears | fresh corn, shucked and cut into thirds crosswise | |

4 | pounds | large fresh shrimp | |

In a large stockpot, combine 7 quarts water, beer, Cajun Seasoning, Bay Leaves and lemons. Bring to a boil over high heat; boil for 10-15 minutes.
Add onions and potatoes; return mixture to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add sausage and corn; return mixture to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm.
Drain mixture immediately. Garnish with additional lemon wedges.
