1 | can | (12 fluid ounce) evaporated milk | |

1 | teaspoon | salt (optional) | |

|||
1/2 | teaspoon | ground black pepper | |

1 | package | (30 ounce) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes | |

|||
1 | medium onion, chopped | ||
|
|||
1 | small roasted red bell pepper, chopped (store bought or homemade) | ||
|
|||
10 | slices | turkey bacon, cooked and chopped, or 1 cup diced ham | |
|
|||
1 | cup | Snyder's Garlic Bread Pieces (crumbled in blender or processor to bread crumb consistency) | |
|
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
COMBINE cheese, egg product, evaporated milk, salt and black pepper in large bowl.
Add potatoes, onion, bell pepper and bacon, mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Cover with Pretzel Pieces.
BAKE for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.
