|
|||
1 | slice | watermelon (1 inch thick), cut from center of whole melon | |
|
|||
6 | strawberries, hulled and sliced in half | ||
|
|||
1/4 | cup | blueberries | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | torn fresh mint leaves | |
|
Stir coconut into cream cheese spread.
Spread mixture over watermelon just to the edge of the red portion of the fruit.
Top with strawberries, blueberries and mint leaves.
Cut into wedges.
