1/4 | cup | olive oil | |

1 | Tablespoon | lemon juice | |

1 | shallot, chopped | ||

1 | Tablespoon | fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme | |

|||
1 | teaspoon | granulated sugar | |
|
|||
Salad: | |||
1 | pound | romaine lettuce, chopped | |
|
|||
4 | ounces | Treasure Cave Feta Cheese, crumbled | |
|
|||
1 | can | (2.25 ounce) sliced black olives, drained | |
|
|||
4 | ounces | seasoned croutons | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | dried oregano | |
|
Dressing:
In a small container with a lid, place vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, shallots, thyme and sugar. Seal lid and shake well; set aside.
Salad:
Combine lettuce, Feta Cheese, olives and croutons in a large bowl and toss well. Vigorously shake dressing before pouring over salad. Sprinkle with oregano and toss.
