1 | cup | cider vinegar | |

1/4 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |

1/4 | cup | lemon juice | |
|
|||
1 | bottle | liquid pectin | |

|
In a large sauce pan combine ground red peppers, sugar, vinegar and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Heat to a boil and add lemon juice and pectin.
Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Place in jars as you would any home made jelly.
Keep refrigereated.
Spread jelly on crackers with cream cheese.
