Directions:

Using a large and a small heart-shaped cookie cutter or stencil, shape both slices of bread like a heart using the large cookie cutter, removing crust. Using the small cookie cutter, cut out a heart in the middle of one slice of heart-shaped bread.

Spread cream cheese over the full size heart-shaped slice of bread. Place the slice with the small heart cutout over the cream cheese to make a sandwich. Garnish with fresh strawberries that can be cut in the shape of a heart.
