Charcuterie for a Crowd

Tops Exclusive

For larger crowds of 8 or more guests, we recommend the formula below for a successful charcuterie presentation. Of course, it depends on just how many you're hosting, but think of your gourmet eats as not just a meal for mingling, but as a centerpiece.

Yield: Serves a crowd

Ingredients

Directions:

Find the right boards to build your platters. Large cutting boards, marble slabs, slate boards or ceramic platters are great options.

Start by placing the cheeses. Follow with the meats, olives and antipasti, spreads, starches then fruits and nuts. Vary the colors, textures and sizes.

Consider adding bowls and jars to add height to the board.

Garnish with fresh herbs (optional).

Please note that some ingredients and brands may not be available in every store.
