Sometimes morning just comes too quickly. Ease into a fun weekend (or weekday at home --we won't judge) with the ultimate Bloody Mary recipe. We take a traditional Bloody Mary to the next level with skewered antipasti and stuffed peppers. This morning cocktail will leave you full until lunch!

1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | DeLallo Lemon Juice | |

1/4 | teaspoon | DeLallo Lime Juice | |

Antipasti Skewer: | |||
Handful of | DeLallo Olives (we used DeLallo Stuffed Queen Olives) | ||

Handful of | DeLallo Antipasti (we used Pequillo Peppers*, Calabrian Chili Peppers, | ||

Mild Cauliflower, Pepperazzi Peppers, Cornichons) | |||

1 | pound | cooked, chilled shrimp | |

1 | pound | Colby jack cheese, cubed | |

1 | package | (4 ounce) DeLallo Mini Pepperoni | |

1-2 | radishes, cleaned with ends trimmed | ||

Stuffed Pequillo Peppers* | |||
1 | jar | DeLallo Roasted Pequillo Peppers, drained | |
|
|||
1 | jar | (6 ounce) solid light tuna in olive oil, drained | |
|
|||
1 | jar | (4 ounce) DeLallo Nonpareil Capers in Brine, drained | |
|
|||
1/4 | pound | Manchego cheese, shredded | |
|
|||
Zest and juice of 1 lemon | |||
|
|||
Lemon wedges for garnish | |||
|
First, prep the glass: Place 1 tablespoon celery salt in a small shallow dish. Rub the rim of a tall (12-ounce) glass with the lemon wedge. Coat wet rim with celery salt. Add celery stalk. Fill with ice, as desired.
Create an antipasti skewer to your taste with any combination of stuffed olives, marinated peppers, bacon, shrimp, cheese, and radishes. Have fun with it!
Now it's time to make the Bloody Mary. Combine in the glass vodka, passata, horseradish, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, citrus juices, and 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt.
Stir to mix well.
Finish with a skewer of antipasti and Stuffed Pequillo Peppers (see directions below).
Stuffed Pequillo Peppers:
In a large bowl, combine tuna, capers, cheese, Manchego cheese, lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix well.
Spoon mixture into peppers and serve on skewers with lemon wedges.
