Asiago cheese is named after a small town in northern Italy. Its flavor varies from buttery mild to robust, depending on age.

1 | package | (8 ounces) Tops cream cheese - Wisconsin Made, softened | |

1/2 | cup | sour cream | |

8 | ounces | Tops asiago cheese - Wisconsin Made, shredded (2 cups) | |
|
|||
8 | ounces | lump crabmeat | |
|
|||
1 | cup | diced celery | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | Old Bay Seasoning | |
|
|||
Shaved celery | |||
|
|||
Lemon Zest | |||
|
|||
Assorted crackers | |||

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until blended. Stir in the asiago, crabmeat, celery and Old Bay Seasoning.
Spoon into a greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with shaved celery and lemon zest. Serve with crackers.
