1 | clove | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | onion, diced | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | celery, chopped | |
|
|||
1 | cup | carrots, shredded | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | cups | cabbage, shredded | |
|
|||
1 | can | (14 ounce) low sodium vegetable broth | |
|
|||
14 | ounces | water | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | ketchup | |
|
|||
1 | bay leaf | ||
|
|||
1 | cup | green beans, frozen | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | zucchini, chopped | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
Spray a medium non-stick skillet with non-stick spray and saute 1/2 garlic, onion, celery, carrots, cabbage and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add broth, water, ketchup, bay leaf, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes over low heat.
Add green beans, zucchini, Gorton's Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets, salt and pepper, cover, simmer 10-15 minutes more over low heat, stirring frequently to break fish into smaller pieces and enjoy!
