Berry-Topped Ricotta:
Combine the berries, sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl; let stand for 30 minutes. Spoon three-quarters of the ricotta into a serving bowl, and spread the remaining ricotta on biscotti. Top cheese with berries and juice.
Berry Cheeseboard:
Place berry-topped ricotta and biscotti on a serving board. Add the gouda, cheddar and Merlot BellaVitano. Top brie slices with raspberries and balsamic glaze; arrange on the board. Fill in board with berries, cashews and almonds.
Recipe Tips:
Try adding a twist of flavor by adding a splash of liqueur to the macerated berries.
