Burrata-Honey Bowl: | |||
Belgioioso Burrata cheese | |||

Arrange the Grand Cru, gouda and red wine cheese on a serving board. Spread mascarpone on ginger thins; drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with lemon zest. Place on the board. Fill in board with strawberries, raspberries, chocolate bark, breadsticks and almonds.
Burrata-Honey Bowl:
Spoon burrata into serving bowl; drizzle with honey. Garnish with mint. Serve with bread slices.
Recipe Tips:
Roth Original Grand Cru or Roth Surchoix Grand Cru could also be substituted for Roth Reserve Grand Cru.
Cheesemonger Tip:
When making a cheeseboard, include three to five cheese of various styles and flavors. Fill in the board with seasonal cheese pairings that add spice, sweetness and crunch.
