1/4 | cup | plain Greek yogurt | |
|
|||
4 | green onions, chopped | ||
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
1 | wedge | (5.3 ounce) Sartori Rosemary and Olive Oil Asiago, shredded | |
|
Boil potatoes for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Mix potatoes with sour cream, yogurt, salt, pepper, green onions and shredded Sartori Rosemary & Olive Oil Asiago.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving cold.
