|
|||
6-7 | carrots, grated | ||
|
|||
1 | kohlrabi, grated | ||
|
|||
2 | apples, (we used Honeycrisp), grated | ||
|
|||
Dressing: | |||
|
|||
1/4 | cup | DeLallo Golden Balsamic Vinegar | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | DeLallo Apple Cider Vinegar Glaze | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | DeLallo Chopped Garlic in Oil | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | DeLallo Dijon Mustard | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | sour cream | |
|
In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, apple cider glaze, garlic, salt and mustard. While whisking, introduce olive oil in a slow steady stream. Whisk in sour cream.
In large serving bowl, combine grated cabbage, carrots, kohlrabi and apples. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
