Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine bread cubes and melted butter in small bowl; toss to coat. Spread on small baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until bread is toasted and golden brown. Cool completely.
Whisk ranch dressing, mayonnaise and lemon juice in small bowl. Pour into bottom of wide-mouth, 1-quart jar. Place tomatoes in jar on top of dressing. Layer with croutons, bacon, turkey and lettuce. To serve, pour contents out of jar into bowl; stir to mix.
