Heat oven to 375 degree F and grease pan with a tablespoon or so of butter.
Flour surface and roll dough out to a 12 x 8 in. rectangle. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar and cinnamon until combined. Spread over surface of dough, edge to edge. Starting at the long end, roll up tightly and pinch the seam shut. Slice 2 in. pieces with a knife and place in pan about a 1/2 inch apart. Set aside.
Reduce Simply Cranberry Cocktail by half over medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes in a small saucepan. Once reduced, whisk in powdered sugar and cream cheese and set aside, allowing to cool.
Place cinnamon rolls in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly golden and bubbly. Once cooled slightly, spread the cranberry glaze over the cinnamon rolls and enjoy.
NOTE:
It is better to underbake the cinnamon rolls due to the texture of pizza dough.
