PUMPKIN CRANBERRY QUICK BREAD INSTRUCTIONS:
Set oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine quick bread mix, water, oil, and eggs per package instructions.
Gently fold in the chopped cranberries and optional chopped pecans into batter.
Pour batter into 9-inch loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.
FROSTING INSTRUCTIONS
After pumpkin bread has cooled, frost the top using a spatula or knife with the cream cheese frosting.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of loaf if desired.
