Grill sausages over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes, turning frequently. Cool slightly. Cut sausages into slices. Keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat large cast iron skillet on grill next to sausages. Add butter and allow to melt. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add pierogi; cook and stir 6 to 8 minutes or until pierogi are browned on both sides. Stir in sliced sausage and spinach. Close grill and cook just until spinach is wilted.

To use your favorite smoked sausage in place of the Grill Mates Montreal Steak Smoked Sausage, add a sprinkle of Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning to the skillet with onions and pierogi.
