Ken's Creamy Parmesan with Cracked Peppercorn Dressing | |||
|
In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients. Toss the salad with enough Ken's Lite Creamy Parmesan with Cracked Peppercorn Dressing to coat. Season the salad with salt and pepper, to taste. Arrange the salad on a platter.
Coat steak in crushed black peppercorns and coarse salt and pan-fry or grilled to medium rare and chill.
Cut the steaks crosswise against the grain into thin slices. Arrange the steak slices atop the salad. Drizzle more Ken's Lite Creamy Parmesan with Cracked Peppercorn Dressing over the steak slices and serve.
