Enjoy a taste of the tropics! These parfaits feature sweetened, velvety mascarpone cheese laced with the juice and zest of fresh Key limes.

1 | container | (8 ounces) Belgioioso Mascarpone cheese | |

1/2 | cup | sweetened condensed milk | |

1/3 | cup | lime juice (about 4 medium limes, juiced) | |

1 1/2 | teaspoons | lime zest | |
|
|||
1 | drop | green food color, optional | |
|

3/4 | cup | graham cracker crumbs | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | butter, cubed and melted | |

Beat the mascarpone, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice in a bowl until smooth. Transfer half of the mixture to a pastry bag; set aside. Beat lime zest and green food coloring, if desired, into remaining mascarpone mixture until blended. Spoon into another pastry bag.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a small bowl; stir in butter. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon crumb mixture in each 3-ounce glass.
Layer each with 1 tablespoon white mascarpone mixture and 1 tablespoon green mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers, starting with the crumb mixture.
Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Garnish with lime wedges. Refrigerate until serving.
Recipe Tip:
Fresh limes can be substituted for Key limes in the recipe. Four medium limes juiced yields about 1/3 cup lime juice.

Mascarpone cheese is rich, creamy, buttery and slightly sweet. It mingles well within both dessert and dinner menus.
