Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F. Place chicken in single layer into air fryer. Cook, flipping halfway through, until fully heated through, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, chives, vinegar and celery seed in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Place 2 to 3 chicken tenders along edge of tortilla. Place a few spoonfuls of cabbage mixture next to chicken. Fold in sides of tortilla and roll up tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Cut in half crosswise and serve.
Tip:
Packaged matchstick carrots can usually be found in the produce aisle of your local grocer.
