Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with nonstick spray, or line the pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the long sides.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly to edges. Bake 28 - 31 minutes. Cool completely.
Use about 1 cup vanilla frosting to lightly cover the top of the brownies. Cut into 3 x 2 inch rectangles.
Tint the remaining 1/2 cup of frosting with red food coloring. Put into a zip top bag, close and snip a small opening in one corner. Pipe 3 wavy horizontal stripes across the brownies.
Add blueberries to top left corners.
