Pittsburgh Capicola and Candied Bacon Slider ingredients: | |||
2 | packages | King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Pre-Sliced Slider Buns | |

1 | stick | (1/2 cup) softened butter | |

2 | pounds | sliced capicola | |
|
|||
8 | slices | Swiss cheese | |
|
|||
6 | slices | spicy candied bacon (your favorite recipe) | |
|
|||
8 | tablespoons | honey Dijon dressing | |
|
|||
11 | ounces | (approximately 2 big handfuls) French fries, prepared according to package directions | |
|
|||
1 | cup | vinegar based coleslaw | |
|
|||
3 | Roma tomatoes sliced in 18 usable slices | ||

STEP 1:
Butter insides of top and bottom of slider buns and toast in a pan or griddle until lightly golden brown.
STEP 2: Spray a pan with nonstick spray. Heat slices of Capicola for approximately 1 minute per side over medium heat.
STEP 3: Once Capicola is fully heated, pile the slices together in the pan and cover with Swiss cheese until melted.
STEP 3: Place the Capicola with melted Swiss on the bottom slice of Kings Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Slider Bun, followed by the slices of spicy candied bacon.
STEP 4: Next, add the French fries, lightly pressing to hold into place, and squeeze the honey Dijon dressing in a zig zag motion over the fries.
STEP 5: To finish, top with coleslaw and tomato slices, then add the top bun and a toothpick to hold everything in place.
