Chipotle seasoning | |||

Avocado Dip: | |||
2 | avocados, peeled and pit removed | ||
|
|||
1 | jalapeno pepper, split in half, seeded and stem removed | ||
|
|||
1/2 | bunch | fresh cilantro | |
|
|||
1 | lime, juiced | ||
|
|||
8 | ounces | sour cream | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | olive oil | |
|
|||
kosher salt, to season | |||
|
Preheat to 375 degrees F
Thread each slice of bacon onto a skewer, weaving the skewer through the bacon.
Sprinkle with chipotle seasoning blend.
Place bacon on parchment lined baking tray and cook for about 20 minutes until crispy.
Avocado Dip:
While the bacon is cooking, add all dip ingredients into a blender and pulse until combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
