8 | leaves | iceberg lettuce leaves | |

1 | tomato, sliced | ||

|
step 1:
In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended. Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
step 2:
Lay burgers over the grill, turn once, and removed when browned on both sides, 8 minutes total.
step 3:
Lay buns, cut side down on grill to toast, about 30 seconds.
step 4:
Spread Ithaca Grillos Pickle Hummus on bun bottoms. Add lettuce and tomato. Set bun tops in place.
