For Sriracha Mayonnaise: | |||
1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |

1/2 | cup | English cucumber, peeled into ribbons using vegetable peeler | |

Combine shredded carrots, cabbage, jalapenos, lime juice, honey and salt in a small bowl. Stir well. Refrigerate while prepping burgers.
Stir together ingredients for sriracha mayonnaise in a small bowl. Set aside.
Combine ingredients for burgers in a medium mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into 4 thin patties, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add burger patties and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Spread a spoonful of sriracha mayonnaise on the bottoms of 4 burger buns. Place a patty on each bun, then top with cucumber ribbons, cabbage salad and fresh cilantro. Add bun tops and serve right away.
