3 | tablespoons | softened butter | |
|
|||
2 1/2 inch thick ribeye steaks | |||
|
|||
pinch | kosher salt to taste | ||
|
|||
pinch | cracked black pepper to taste | ||
|
|||
1 | jar | (12 ounce) Au Jus gravy | |
|
|||
36 | slices | cheddar cheese | |
|
|||
1 | tub | crispy fried onions | |
|
|||
Horsey Sauce Ingredients: | |||
7 | tablespoons | sour cream | |
|
|||
4 | tablespoons | horseradish | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce | |
|
|||
Dunking Sauce: Au Jus | |||
|
1. Spread butter in the inside top and bottom of slider buns and griddle till a light golden brown.
2. Season steaks and cook until desired temperature. Rest steaks for 5 minutes.
3. Mix Sour Cream, Horseradish, and Worcestershire together.
4. Heat Au Jus and fill 6 ramekins with 2 oz each.
5. Thinly slice Ribeye.
6. Spread inside of bottom and top of buns with Horsey Sauce.
7. Place 1 square of cheese on top of sauce and top with sliced steak.
8. Top steak with 1 square of cheese and crispy onions.
9. DUNK IT.
