1 | pound | pork tenderloin | |

1 | teaspoon | dried thyme or 2 teaspoons fresh thyme | |

2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard | |

1 | teaspoon | salt | |
|

1/2 | teaspoon | ground black pepper | |

1/2 | cup | Kens Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette | |
|
Combine all ingredients. Place into a bag with tenderloin and marinate.
Remove the pork and reserve the marinade. Grill pork until it reaches 145 degrees F, turning to get an even sear, about 15 - 20 minutes.
Bring marinade to a boil and drizzle over pork.
