Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Salt and pepper steak and cook on each side about 1 minute. Remove from heat; let rest for 5 minutes and slice into strips against the grain. Set aside.
Stretch pizza dough onto a pizza stone or pan and spread Kens Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing over the crust of the pizza leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle grated cheese over the crust. Layer the cooked steak, the drained spinach (make sure all water is removed so the crust does not get soggy) and the cherry tomatoes and peppers. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cook for 10-12 minutes.
